I’m livelier than usual during this Winter of 2020 / 2021. Normally, I am very glum this time of the year. The winter blues is a real thing for me. As the days grow shorter and the early of darkness prevail, I use my Happy Light. And, during Covid I used it throughout the year and not just in the months of October through to April.
